1. Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have specific meanings that apply throughout this document:

• "tkk9" or "Platform" — refers to the tkk9.lat website and all its associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person registered on tkk9 who uses the platform.
• "Account" — the registered profile including the user's name, password, and personal information.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, cashback, or additional benefit provided by tkk9.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition specifying the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the currency used on this platform.
• "Restricted Territory" — any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

In this document, "we" and "our" refer to the authority operating tkk9, and "you" and "your" refer to the user.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on tkk9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

2.2 Single Account Ownership

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and funds may be confiscated.

2.3 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your login information confidential. You should not share your account details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 KYC Verification

tkk9 may request your national ID card, passport, or other legal documents for identity verification at any time. The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the tkk9 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For ages 21+").
• You must not reside in any area where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are mentally competent and capable of making your own decisions.
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program related to gambling.

Providing false information about your age is a serious offense. We may request age verification documents at any time and reserve the right to restrict the account until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for making deposits on tkk9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply for withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Errors

If an error occurs in any transaction, notify our support team immediately. tkk9 reserves the right to correct any incorrect credit or debit amounts caused by technical errors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• The bonus is applicable only once and only for the first deposit.
• The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after wagering it 15 times.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is granted.
• The bonus amount and deposited funds are tracked separately.

5.2 VIP Program

tkk9's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on gaming activity and participation. The criteria for tier changes are determined by tkk9 and the right to modify them is reserved.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses multiple times from different accounts or strategically avoiding wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on tkk9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The method of determining results is governed by the individual rules of each game.
• If a game or match is cancelled due to a technical issue, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.
• In the case of any disputed result, tkk9's decision is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Official results are used for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), handball, and other sporting events. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, it will be resolved according to tkk9's own rules.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are broadcast in real time and the result of each round is final. If a connection is lost, the result of the current round will be determined automatically.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkk9 and may result in account termination:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to cheat or manipulate the determination of results.
• Using bots, automation software, or other strategic systems.
• Colluding or coordinating bets with other users.
• Exploiting technical errors and failing to report them.
• Disturbing others through threats, harassment, or use of offensive language.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 tkk9's Rights

tkk9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Court order or legal obligation.

8.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any withdrawable balance will be settled before the account is closed.
